Ohio Supreme Court Rules on Non-Attorney Medicaid Planning

The Ohio Supreme Court approved a consent decree and ordered an injunction holding that providing advice on meeting Medicaid eligibility requirements constitutes the unauthorized practice of law. The injunction also barred the non-attorney from marketing those services as well.
