A Life Well Lived Legacy Planners, in partnership with Friends of Meals on Wheels of Frederick County, will be hosting “A Celebration of Life” on November 8th, 2014, at 8pm, at William Talley Recreation Center in Frederick, MD, to benefit The Frederick County Department of Aging’s Meals on Wheels progra.
